The original battery on my Dell Inspiron 13 died and I wasn't ready to buy another laptop just yet, so I was looking for a cost effective replacement. I didn't run into any issues installing this in my wife's XPS 13 9380 (8th gen i7). The mounting holes were all the right size, flanges and brackets correctly designed, etc. Seems to be a quality battery. Had about 75% charge when installed and charged up to full quickly. I should probably run a few cycles on it, but this machine basically stays plugged in all the time.

I had been putting off buying a new battery for my Dell Inspiron but I finally found myself in a place where I needed it to run at maximum potential. I was apprehensive about installing a non-Dell product , as Dell sometimes doesn’t recognize it’s own hardware. I installed it minutes after it arrived and it revitalized the whole computer.
